I very much appreciated the checking she did in order to answer my questions. It was a real delight dealing with her, particularly after the less-than-satisfactory service I'd been getting earlier in the day from other theatrical supply vendors across the country. Thanks you. It is hard enough to order over the 'net' when you cannot see what you are ordering so it was refreshing to be able to mail and ask questions before I placed my order. I also appreciate that you send orders through the post office without adding those horrendous shipping and handling fees. It is always the business that goes out of it's way to save their customers money and hassles that stays in business longest. And thank you for not discriminating against Hawaii and adding an extra $10+ just because we don't live on the continental U.S.
